550 participants including 120 children and teachers from 12 different countries got together and discussed about a disaster and its prevention. They also discussed how to change their sadness or despair into their desire and will power. On the last day of the session, the declaration was made that we made today as a starting point to think about a disaster and start learning, feeling and sharing it together. Summer in 2003, over 1,000 participants from approximately 60 countries got together at Awaji Yumebutai International Conference Center. They discussed about their dreams on Education. This is the first video in Japan that recorded a conference on Education. We take this conference as an opportunity to develop eHyogo e-schoolf, and broadcast what the conference was like to schools in Hyogo prefecture and to the world.
